Adults only Farmhouse: the Agriturismo welcomes guests over the age of 14 only. The management reserves the right to accept children under the age of 14 depending on the period and circumstances.

This Farmhouse in Tuscany with swimming pool was born from the skilful renovation of a seventeenth century farm: each barn has been transformed into an apartment, each one different from the others, leaving the Tuscan style unchanged with terracotta floors and ceiling beams. There are seven apartments in total in this Agriturismo with a typical Tuscan restaurant. Each apartment has a private outdoor area and is equipped with every comfort, heating and air conditioning and an equipped kitchen. Each accommodation is characterized by its unique style different from the others.
Large green spaces, the panoramic terrace, the swimming pool overlooking the hills and an exclusive wellness room make this place a place away from time where you can restore body and mind and have a unique experience.
For walkers there are numerous paths in the area both in the plains and in the hills.

Restaurant
Tuscan cuisine, a typical expression of the healthy and appetizing Mediterranean diet, is famous and appreciated all over the world, because its dishes are rich in natural and genuine ingredients.
It is a cuisine that mainly uses ingredients full of handed down traditions and flavors never lost over time.
Our restaurant maintains traditions by using fresh and strictly local products, cooked exclusively with our extra virgin olive oil, also paying attention to the seasonality of the land products, which is why the menu varies with the seasons throughout the year. year.
Our restaurant has a few tables arranged between the room with fireplace and porch, closed and heated in winter, as well as a small private room.

In the summer season the restaurant is open every evening while at lunchtime only by reservation for at least 8 diners.
In winter it is always open on Saturday evenings while on other days of the week including Sunday it is possible to book lunches and dinners on request for at least 8 diners.

Wellness Area
The Wellness room is an open space of 80 square meters, obtained from what was once a cellar, in fact there are still some large, old and fascinating barrels.
Only one couple can access it, there are 5 daily shifts, after each use it is completely cleaned and sanitized for the next shift.
Our staff accompanies you by explaining the correct use of the equipment, then you will be alone for 2 hours in complete privacy and relaxation, benefiting from the Finnish sauna, brand new mini-pool with 5 hydromassage and chromotherapy stations, massage beds, shiatsu massage chair, multifunctional shower. All wrapped up in olfactory sensations, soft music and candles. You will come out regenerated.
You will also find sea salt available with essences for a self scrub and a choice of herbal teas available as well as a bathrobe and slippers kit.

This Agriturismo enjoys a particularly happy position and is a strategic point for visiting Tuscany. Located in Val di Chio 2 km from Castiglion Fiorentino, between Tuscany and Umbria, it allows you to visit the most important centers of this area of Italy: Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano , Chianti, Florence, but also Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno.
There are several things to see in Castiglion Fiorentino, a city of Etruscan origins: the ancient medieval walls, the remains of the Etruscan walls, the Church and Cloister of San Francesco, the art gallery, which houses, among other things, a Madonna del Vasari, the Logge of Vasari.
