Location: it is located close to the historical cities of Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra.
The famous small village of Castellina in Chianti with its shops and excellent restaurants is only 5 km far. All art cities of Tuscany can easily be visited on a daily basis from our Farmhouse.
Airports: Pisa International Airport (95 km) has 5 direct flights a week from/to New York, and budget flights by Ryan Air and Easy Jet to most of the European Cities. Florence Airport is also well connected to most of the major European Cities.
Description: the over 300 years old building, completely restored by its resident owners, in the Classic Chianti area of Central Tuscany.
A large swimming-pool with panoramic view has been recently added to the property. (size: 14 x 6 meters - about 45' x 18 ') with deckchairs, umbrellas, table and chairs, a shower, dressing-room and rest-room, is surrounded by flower pots and roses.
The property has 20 ha land, with over 1500 olive trees and a vineyard. Our farmhouse produces only Organic Chaintii Classico, IGT Tuscan Wines and Extravirgin Olive Oil. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Classic Chianti produced on the farm can be purchased directly from the owners. Lunch or dinner is available for our guests on previous order.
Accommodation: the Farmhouse has only three apartments to rent, therefore privacy and a perfect relaxation are guaranteed for people who want to get away from the crowd.
All apartments are fully comforted, there is A/C during the summer months and independent central heating during the cool season. Washing machine available.
The apartments are rented by week (beginning Saturday) or, if available off season, for weekends.
A golf club with 18 hole is in Grassina, next to Florence.

In case of cancellations made between 24 hours after the booking and 30 days before the arrival, a penalty of 30% on the total amount will be applied.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 4 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 3 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
In case of 'missed arrival' or 'Early Departure', cancellation policies starting from '0 days before arrival' will be applied
