  Very nice and quiet place.

  Very loud neighbours above us . . . two Italian families with small kids and later one family from Netherlands. They were moving chairs and tables all day till midnight. I didn't help asking them to be a little bit careful with moving furniture. Next time the owner should be looking what kind of guests has he.

  Appartement très agréable et spacieux. La piscine est grande et ses horaires sont bien adaptés. Les terrasses sont bien délimitées et ombragées.

  Ajouter une règle de calme à la piscine (pas de musique) car si chaque personne arrive avec sa propre musique cela risque de devenir vite insupportable.... surtout dans un cadre aussi magnifique ! Ajouter encore quelques chaises longues au bord de la piscine.

  Confiance du propiétaire qui laisse les clés à disposition même s'il est absent au moment de l'arrivée. La beauté du site est exactement conforme à la promesse des photos.

  La seule petite surprise négative à l'arrivée, concerne le surcout de 40 euros qui n'est pas signalé sur la réservation.

  Le propriétaire des lieux est très agréable, et toujours disponible sur son tel cellulaire pour donner tous les conseils nécessaires à un excellent séjour. La situation géographique de l'endroit ets parfaite pour rayonner en Toscanne san être obligé de faire de grandes distance. Concernant la conduite, ne soyez par perturbés par les dépassements des conducteurs sur les lignes continues, c'est normal!

  une très belle propriété, très bien située, à quelques kilomètres des plus beaux sites toscans et d'un accès facile -On y découvre de magnifiques paysages, ne pas hésiter à emprunter les chemins des écoliers pour se rendre à Volterra et San Giminiano- Le propriétaire, Francesco, est charmant et très accueillant et les 2 maisons sont très bien tenues -Le linge de maison est impeccable - La piscine est grande et bien entretenue - Notre séjour même en pleine saison a été très agréable et convivial et de plus ils acceptent les animaux de compagnie -

  Visiter Colle di val d'Elsa, Cazole d'Elsa, mais aussi Monterigioni sur la route de Sienne, petites villes très pittoresques, toutes à moins d'une demie heure de propriété. L'été, préférez les appartements en rez-de-chaussée, qui sont plus frais, car il n'y a pas la clim! Casole d'Elsa 1391, est à découvrir et à partager en famille et entre amis.

  Foglalj last minute-ben, a teljes ár kicsit magas. Feltétlen próbáld ki az 5 km-re lévő Mensano kitűnő éttermét (Osteria del Borgo)!

  The one time cleaning fee of 45 euro was not mentioned in the correspondence. For a short, three days vacation, this adds considerably to the daily cost. The least you can do is give the right (i.e. total) cost

  The apartment very authentic, has breathtaking views, Francesco (the owner) is very helpful and friendly. The environment is quiet, orderly and clean. The big pool is very close to the apartment and always clean. The apartment is well equipped with fridge, oven, refrigerator, dishes, etc. ..

  The parking lot is not enough shade. But the tree is growing! :)

  Worth seeing the tourist sights and the local trattoria (restaurant).
