Inhabited by a lady famous for her cookies (the Vernio's sugars) until the 70s, it is the first renovated apartment of the farmhouse in order of time, and is on two levels.

At the entrance we find a kitchen / living room, a comfortable bathroom and a bedroom with private bathroom (Pink Room). Upstairs we find a large double bedroom, with an extra single bed.

In front of the entrance, overlooking the pool and Val di Bisenzio, has its own outdoor area with tables, chairs and umbrella and is next to the Guest Room.

Immediately in front of the swimming pool, the apartment is ideal for families.

“Authentische und natürlich Unterkunft - Man sieht das hier viel Liebe in kleine Details gefloßen ist. Auch für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn, war alles nötige vorhanden - Babybett und Babystuhl. Die Gastgeber waren überaus zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, haben sich Zeit für unsere Fragen und den ein oder anderen kurzen Plausch genommen - und sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. Die Unterkunft bietet auch hervoragende Spezialitäten die man im hauseigenen Tante-Ema-Laden erstehen kann. An Tieren waren 4 Pferde, 3 Katzen, 1 Hund vor Ort - Allesamt recht freundliche Zeitgenoßen, Sorgen beim Streicheln braucht man hier nicht haben. Die Umgebung war idylisch und ruhig, um 20:00 spielt die Kirchenuhr im Tal eine wunderbare Melodie. Nachts findet man Ruhe und Erholung.”
