Volterra come and visit us for a memorable Tuscan holiday! Our farm lies in the beautiful and fascinating hills surrounding Volterra. All around is deep green in spring, golden in summer and with many shades of brown in autumn and winter.

There is so much to discover here - Volterra with 3000 years of history, from the Etruscans to the Romans through the Middle Ages up to modern times is still a lively town in the heart of Tuscany.

You can go walking, cycling or riding, but also simply relax or visit famous towns nearby, such as San Gimignano (15 km),

Siena (40 km),

Pisa (60 km),

or Florence (70 km).

Our farm offers simple but comfortable hospitality in cosy and carefully restored rooms and flats in a genuine country atmosphere. Of primary importance is that we farm our land with biological methods – the basis for slow food.

We will be happy to let you taste our typically local products, of course obtained with biological methods, like olive oil, wine, vegetables and special chicken, as well as lamb of the famous sheep “la Pomarancina“.

“We had a nice apartment/house. The rooms were big enough for 4 people and all the necessary facilities were present. It is nicely situated on the top of a hill with splendid views over the neighbouring hills and fields. It is easily accessible via a short dirt road. It is very calm and quiet. They also have a nice swimming pool to cool down after a hot day. Angela and her family are really nice. They treated us with local wine and salumi. It is a very good place to discover the area of Volterra (San Gimignano, Certaldo, Siena) but you can also reach easily Firenze, Pisa, the coast, the Chianti region, etc.”

“Grande appartement avec une cuisine bien équipée. Il reste bien frais à l'intérieur la nuit qui est très confortable. Les alentours sont merveilleux et on se trouve dans un calme absolu. La piscine est absolument top! et il y a plein de jouets pour les enfants pour jouer. Propriétaires super gentils qui nos ont donnés du bon vin et des fruits en abondance. Séjour génial.”
