The Farm Holidays is very suitable for young and families because all flat, free of dangers, as well as being equipped with two small outdoor pools with entrance gate and shallow water. In addition, the first village is at less than 3 minutes drive and the first services are at a few hundred meters.
All areas (indoor and outdoor) are provided by an excellent free WiFi connection with fast browsing. Inside our large private Park of 3 hectares (7 acres) during tourist season we also have a recreational area with table tennis, table football, a volleyball and mini volleyball court, deck chairs, sun loungers, hammocks, swings (all freely usable) and mountain bikes for hire.
The gardens are also animated by a small petting zoo with some domestic and farm animals roaming freely: "Polpetta", a very sweet and playful Golden Retriever dog (attention ... from the "easy lick"); the big donkey "Tempesta" - Storm, the boss (who runs away when he hears the thunder); five lovely dwarf goats (even too much ... some "live on two feet" to better steal food out of hands), four "social sheep" (including "Mirko", who stalks and "expropriates" the food from the laid tables), several cats (a strange mix of colors, races and personalities ...), a few free-range chickens (everyone competes for the precious eggs to "steal" from the hen house) and other sporadic wildlife (squirrels, peacocks, wild boars - who have already eaten do not worry, rarely deer and in winter wolves and porcupines - if you are not too afraid we will also tell you about a night visit of a small bear in our parking, when in mountain there was still too much snow ...).

In addition to the possible activities described above, in the surroundings there are some places equipped for children and teenagers that offer various services. For example: a donkey riding center; a place similar to a Bio-zoo with large fences for animals typical from Apennines such as wolves, eagles, deer, wild boars, etc.; an equestrian center for children (with horseback riding inside or in the nature); a center that organizes amazing river descent by canoe in complete safety, or quiet e-bike rides (with carrier for younger children); etc. In addition possibility of countless tours and trekking suitable for all needs, from the youngest to the oldest, in the mountains, by the sea or in the ancient and fascinating Medieval centers and castles of Abruzzo.
Sea is only 30 minutes by straight and comfortable road and also offers comfortable and well-equipped sandy beaches. A 40-minute drive away there are 2 amazing wilder Marine Reserves.
We, as always, will be ready to guide and advise you on the best places and according to the specific needs of each one.
In some apartments there is a washing machine inside, for others there is the possibility of using one in a common place. For babies, in addition to beds with sides (1.35 m. long), on request we can provide a high chair, a stroller, a backpack for carrying children.
