The estate is a Venetian Villa built in the beginning of 1700. It is located in the heart of the Po Delta, one o maximum two hours away from some of the most beautiful cities in the world: Venice, Padua, Ravenna, Ferrara, Verona, Vicenza. This charming country home offers bed and breakfast , delicious local products, in a unique part of Veneto. The villa‘s breakfasts are beautifully served in the dining room by the fire, on the sunny terrace on the southern part of the Villa, or under the "portico". The bedrooms have all recently been restored, still keeping their authenticity, and have a lovely view on the garden and grounds. Our guests can enjoy wonderful excursions by bike, on horse back, by boat, canoe, on foot, skates or jogging.The Po Delta is a stunning nature reserve, and belongs to the lesser known and there for more exclusive parts of Italy. You will be welcomed by the lady of the house, enjoy delicious homemade breakfasts, relax and feel completely at home! Delicious homemade breakfasts are served beautifully in the dining room in front of the fire, in the sun on the aia, on the southern side of the Villa, or under the Portico in the hot season! After a long day of frtesh air and sport, of excursions in the Po Delta Nature reserve, or at the Beaches of Rosolina Mare, Boccasette, Barricata, or ai Lidi di Volano; our guests can enjoy relaxing in our drawing Room, with a glass of Prosecco, and enjoying our home made salame, or the shepherd’s cheeses while choosing the best fish or meat local restaurants where to spend the rest of a wonderful evening! The villa is an ideal starting point for excursions in the nature reserve, and in the near beautiful cities of Venice, Verona, Padova, Ferrara, Ravenna, Vicenza, Chioggia, Comacchio. Guided tours with expert nature guides can be organized in the nature reserve. The Delta is a wonderful area to explore by bike: Bikes, snacks, maps are all available on site! There are also fantastic excursions to be done by boat, with our local fishermen, on board of small flat bottomed boats, through the most intricate and mysterious parts of the Delta, as far as the beaches. If you wish to bring your own horse, we can have a stable with boxes ready for you, paddocks, and a maneige where you can work on the flat and over jumps. Plenty of walks and tracks around Villa. There are over 250 species of birds in the Po Delta: marshlands, fish farms, lagoons, the sea and wild beaches are a perfect habitat. Enjoy the silence and vast spaces of our Delta. Herons, egritts, Hawks, cormorans, kingfishers, pink flamingos, sparrow hawks just to mention a few.
