The B&B is located just 3 km from the splendid art city of Spello, immersed in the quiet and peaceful Umbrian countryside.

It is a typical “Country house” enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The holiday house, which has been sensitively restored, is ideally situated just a few kilometers from Assisi -of which there are splendid views-, Perugia, Bevagna, Montefalco and Spoleto.

There is a fabulous swimming-pool surrounded by lawns, which enjoys 360° views of fields of barley and sunflowers and country lanes ideally suited for cycling enthusiasts (bicycles are available for the guests).

The property is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers; barbecue area for grilling and free WiFi. There is also an outdoor swimming pool of 6x12 meters. Certainly there is no shortage of corners to relax, green spaces and contact with nature.

For those who wish to experience Umbria in an adventurous way, wonderful naturalistic excursions are organized for adults and children: Rafting in Valnerina, Canyoning, Trekking with accredited guides, Adventure trails.
