This farmhouse in Lombardy near the Garda Lake has been build from the old farm buildings and is the ideal place to relax in the tranquility of the vineyards surrounding the estate. 

The farmhouse is just 2 km from the center of Sirmione and 1.5 km from Virgilio thermal baths.

The property includes spacious apartments created from the renovation of the old farmhouse, a large pool of 200 sqm., a playground for children, a barbecue area, a laundry room and a sitting room with a fireplace.

The apartments have been designed to provide the maximum autonomy and modern comfort to ensure energy savings through the use of renewable energy sources.

Upon your arrival we will be happy to let you taste our wines.

Pets are admitted. The price is 30 euro per stay, please inform us at the time of your request please.

“Eine sehr schöne Anlage mitten in den Weinbergen. Alles war so wie vorher angekündigt. Der Pool ist großartig, gerade auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet da stellenweise flaches Wasser. Alles war sehr gepflegt und das Personal jederzeit für Fragen offen und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.”

“L'appartement est bien équipé, grand et bien isolé. Nous étions contents d'avoir la terrasse qui donne sur les vignes ce qui était plus intime. Le ménage était ok à notre arrivée. La climatisation est un vrai plus par forte chaleur. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine : grande et toute une partie où les enfants avaient pieds. Personnel accueillant.”
