Cadre exceptionnel calme et magnifique Piscine immense et trés agréable Jardin attenant à la Villeta 12 agréable

Cuisine mal équipé: peu de vaisselle, pas de bols, couteaux de mauvaise qualité, seulement 2 poles et 2 casseroles. Aucun produit de base à l'arrive, pas de sel, poivre, ni huile d'olive (alors que les propritaires sont producteurs) Meubles de jardin de mauvaise qualité et insuffisants, parasol cassé et moisi à l'intérieur

Magnifique piscine avec très belle vue, maison agréable avec petit jardin, site très beau et très bien entretenu.

Pas de climatisation, ni lave-vaisselle, pas de rideau occultant dans le coin couchage du salon. Accès : chemin de terre un peu difficile.

Hôtesse très accueillante, compromis idéal pour nous: localisation aux portes de la cité médiévale, hôtesse aux petits soins, chambre très propre et confortable , petit déjeûner au niveau et un parking fermé pour notre voiture dans l'enceinte de la maison avec petit jardin . Ne pas hésiter à choisir cette adresse donc!

Aucuns! Je pensais que le check in pouvait poser problème mais facile en fait : entre 15h30 et 19h...;

The flexibillity of the staff. The location and views are stunning.

La piscine avec vue sur San Gimignano. Nous avons eu un souci de lit envahi par les fourmis dans un logement peu nettoyé dont le toit fuitait mais après l'avoir signalé, nous avons reçu un autre logement très agréable.

Matériel vieillissant qui devrait être remplacé: frigo-plaques de cuisson-ustensiles de cuisine-parasols et lits de soleil à la piscine. Ja uzzi un peu rustique.

La piscina, aunque por la ubicación necesita de un personal de vigilancia para mi entender por seguridad y más siendo un recinto abierto a familias.

Acceso muy dificultoso con piedras, estrecho, mucha distancia de la carretera 2km y por la noche difícil de transitar. Suciedad en el suelo, en verano muy calurosa la casa y llegamos a las 16h hora avisada, y sorpresa RECEPCIÓN CERRADA, nos esperaba una nota y llaves. Falta máquina con cosas mínimas de dispensar, dada la lejanía al punto más cercano . Para niños pequeños y/o mayores lo encuentro poco seguro.

beauté des paysages . aspect privatif de l'appartement avec possibilité de se détendre au diner à l'extérieur pour nous l'aspect très positif était également l'accueil fait à notre animal qui a pu ainsi nous accompagner dans de très bonnes conditions pour lui la beauté des plantations et l'entretien des espaces verts bravo à Franco!

l'accès qui nous a surpris et amenés à prendre la décision de ne pas rentrer de nuit l'absence quasiment de contacts avec les personnes qui nous louent l'absence de certains équipement: cafetière, toaster, lave vaisselle mais cela était indiqué dans le descriptif

Very relaxing place to stay. Swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and fantastic view to San Gimignano was great. Large farmhouse was perfect for two families with 4 children.

In July with temperatures around 35 degrees C we could have used some fans in the house.

Visit San Gimignano in the evening and taste Italians best ice cream.

What a beautiful setting for relaxing and exploring the Tuscan countryside! The view of San Gimignano in the distance is wonderful, the pool is gorgeous.

The narrow winding road to access the property took some getting used to - but is pretty typical of many places, we understand! And we did not have a cell phone with us and were hampered by the fact that no phone was available most of the day - the office is only staffed a couple of hours in the afternoon.

Take time to cook in your apartment and enjoy the peace and quiet of eating on these beautiful grounds.

Loved the property. Well looked after. Beautiful pool area.

Didn't have a pay phone as advertised. Nobody in the office. Worker there , only when someone arriving or departing, or was working outside. However, he was a very nice to deal with, when we checked in and when we paid the bill.Also Internet was showing available, but wasn\\\'t.

Someone available to ask questions about local area, Possibly there wan't anyone there, as it was last two weeks of Oct. There were other tenants there, who helped us.I would definately reccomend this place ,and I would stay there again. We loved the place, the people, the scenery, and of course the food and wine.
