It covers over 600 hectares in the Chianti Classico area and has the ancient village of Fabbrica as its center.

Rooms and Apartments in Farmhouse

In the enchanting Borgo it is possible to stay in some rooms managed in bed and breakfast mode, in historic buildings dating back to the 11th century.
Breakfast is served in a room furnished with characteristic Tuscan furniture inside the nineteenth-century Villa located in the center of the village, where the company offices are also located.
The guests of the rooms have free access to the swimming pools of the country houses, located 800 meters and 3 km away. There are 4 double bedrooms and a Family Room with 4 beds. On the first floor of the main villa, with elevator_lift, within a walking distance from the local restaurant.
A short distance from the Borgo there are some ancient and large Tuscan farmhouses, immersed in nature, finely restored, equipped with all modern comforts and surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool. They are divided into apartments, elegantly furnished, characterized by large wooden beams, Tuscan terracotta floors, stone fireplaces. From the windows you can admire the purest Tuscan nature: olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields.

The apartments are available all year round, are equipped with independent heating, air-conditioning system, and independent entrance. Some apartments are equipped to accommodate disabled people.

Farmhouse services

Guests have access to the restaurant, swimming pool, children's play area, barbecue and areas equipped for outdoor dining, Wi-Fi is free.

Restaurant: located within the Borgo it is designed for those looking for a welcoming and quality restaurant in a location rich in history and tradition. The restaurant is organized in two welcoming rooms, one of which is more intimate and reserved, both furnished with taste and elegance respecting the stylistic elements of Tuscany and the Chianti area. On spring and summer evenings you can eat in the outdoor courtyard and enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan hillside sunsets, among vineyards and olive trees. The dishes, accompanied by a careful selection of wines, will delight you as you spend the evening in the moonlight.

Wine and Oil Tasting: it is possible to visit the aging cellars and the company oil mill; taste wines and taste the extra virgin olive oil produced on the Farm.

Bike Tours: The Farmhouse organizes bike tours made to measure according to the needs and preferences of the customer. If you wish to ride alone, personalized routes will be provided to follow on the maps provided.

Weddings, ceremonies and corporate events: the farmhouse offers its elegant facilities where you can stay and organize both the ceremony and the wedding reception. In the Church of S. Andrea, which is located in the heart of the village, marriage can be celebrated with the Catholic rite. It has a capacity of 40 seated people. In the historic cellars it is possible to organize a tasting of the wines produced on the farm and an aperitif on the terraces of the cellars. There are rooms and spaces where you can organize business meetings and seminars.

Sports activities: Horse riding center at 8 Km and Tennis at 2 Km.

Nearby there are small villages with banks, post office, pharmacy and small supermarkets.

The agricultural activity of the company takes place on 80 hectares of olive groves, the valleys and flat sections are cultivated with cereals and most of the arable land is irrigated thanks to the water coming from 2 large artificial lakes that are part of the landscape surrounding the Farm.
The rest of the area is covered by forests of oaks, holm oaks, acacias, cypresses and pastures where there are wild animals typical of the area.

Around the farm the slopes with the best exposures have been destined to vineyards, thus at an altitude of about 250 m a.s.l. there are 50 hectares, of which 41 are registered in the DOCG register for the production of Chianti Classico wine.
