Our productions


Honey millefiori: Millefiori honey, with its scent and delicate taste, comes from nectar harvested by bees on a large variety of flowers in the fields in the spring. Unchanged enzymes and nutritional properties.
Sottoli and Sottaceti: It is the traditional preservation of the vegetables of our vegetable garden: eggplant with fillets and peppers, preserved in glass jars. We also produce beans, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Under oil and vinegar ... In the winter months there are pumpkin, turnip, broccoli and broccoli, cauliflower, artichokes.
Fresh pasta: With simple ingredients (flour, salt, water) you get a great fresh pasta: fusilli, cavatielli, dumplings, noodles, lasagna. With the addition of fresh ricotta you also get the stuffed pasta: the famous ravioli.
Jams: We produce jams made using only the fruits of our lands: apricots, peaches, plums, plums, cherries, figs, grapes, etc. The jam is produced and preserved in a traditional way without the addition of additives for conservation and limited use of sugar.
Cilentani hams: Pork production takes place every year during the first winter cold, when our new wine is not over: in fact, the meat is processed with wine and aromas and smoked with olive wood. After a few months of drying it is vacuumed.
Extra virgin olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is produced by our farm through the cold extraction of olives coming exclusively from Salerno territory. The olive groves, located on hilly terrain at about 200mt. On the sea level are mainly composed of Rotondella.
Goat cheese: We produce 100% goat cheese only. Fresh cheeses; White seasoned cheese; Cheese stuffed with rocket; Cheese stuffed with thyme; Cheese stuffed with chili; Cheese stuffed with yogurt; Stracchino; Ricotta.
Liqueurs: To produce liqueurs, you can use the aromas of any fruit and even any vegetable. The farm is continually experimenting to create more and more particular flavors. Our handicraft production changes according to the season, so that freshness of raw materials remains unchanged. We only use untreated fruits and vegetables to preserve the goodness and nutritional properties of the product. From here you can taste at the end of the meal and buy liqueurs of all kinds: from classic such as limoncello, fennel, myrtle, meloncello, laurel and mandarin; The most innovative tastes like "Rucolino", Basil liqueur, Indian figs, figs, apple, artichoke, pomegranate, and more ... Do not miss the great creams on lemon, meloncello and "ficoncello"!
Fruit juices: Fruit pulp and sugar: nothing more is needed for our juices, prepared just like once. The fruit, which grows naturally on our trees, is boiled whole, shredded and put into jars. At serving time, the pulp is stretched with water to become a juicy fruit juice! Our drinks do not contain preservatives and keep the properties and taste of the fruit unaltered.
