The holiday house is immersed in nature and located at the foot of a oak, pine, cypress and arbutus wood, this is the ideal place to spend a peaceful and quiet period.

The property is composed of the main house and the hay loft, both of them wisely renovated according to the norms of ancient Tuscan farmhouses: cotto tiles wooden beamed ceiling are the materials used.

This beautiful shelter is distributed in two levels and can host 2 (+2) guests;

- on the first floor: there is a wide bedroom with a double bed with a bathroom.

- on the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for two guests, the kitchen/lunch area and another complete bathroom.

The owner, an architect, has intentionally kept the two levels separated with independent entrances so as not to distort the spirit of the hay loft that was created to have an upper level for hay and a lower level for animals shelter.

Guests will enjoy wide spaces and a garden area provided with a barbecue, a pergola for lunch and dinner in the open air, and besides they will be able to use the swimming pool with a view to the charming campaign and wood and will breath rosemary, lavender, and pine perfumes and many other local plants surrounding the garden.

Of course there is a wide parking area and since the house is a privileged starting point, you will be invited to explore the whole surrounding area and discover the beauties of Valdambra which was also appreciated by Leonardo da Vinci.

Distances: The house is located at a strategic point to reach the artistic cities and all the beauties of Tuscany: 28 km from Siena , 63 from Florence and 34 from Arezzo, besides the area of the "crete senesi" are half an hour away by car and then Cortona, Trasimeno lake, Perugia and the "Maremma" an hour approximately, the Chianti area at 15 km with factories where you can buy valuable wines such as the famous Brunello di Montalcino.

You can shop at outlets of prestigious brand names: 20 km loc. Levanella Prada and Miu Miu, Gucci and other Italian brand names at about 40 km.

The beautiful Pietraviva town is only 1.5 km away and you can reach the place by foot, after the walk you can do some shopping at the small shop/bar full of local typical high quality products that is opened also on Sunday morning.

In the first fortnight of July there is the frog festival with a characteristic gastronomic event along the Historic Centre where you can taste typical dishes of Tuscan tradition.
