Ground floor apartment with entrance from its private equipped garden. Bricks arches characterize this apartments also separating the spacious living area with a double sofa bed from the dining area with kitchen.

Three large bedrooms open onto the living area ‘( two matrimonial bedrooms and a twin bedrooms) they have big soundproof and unbreakable glass doors ( the glass doors, that are shown without curtains to give a better view of the rooms, are protected by dark heavy curtains to preserve the privacy of everybody),each bedroom has also a window that looks onto the garden. Outside a nice porch is equipped to eat outside.

EQUIPMENT: refrigerator -freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, dishwasher... plenty of everything you may need to feel at home.

“This agriturismo was a real find. It is remote enough to be peaceful and 'away from it all' but close enough to travel into rural Tuscany and also get onto the autostrada for the airport, main city attractions etc. The pool is excellent and the apartment I used was first class. I ate on site two evenings - excellent and v good value. I enjoyed that the owners were very helpful but also left you alone! I would be worried to chose another location in case it did not match the standards of this venue. ”
