Our holiday farm house consisting in indipendent apartments is situated in Paciano, between Umbria and Toscana regions, near the cities of Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Montepulciano, Siena, and can be reached by car in less than 1 hour.

Our property is surely the ideal place to have a beautiful stay surrounded by the green umbrian countryside with 10 hectares of farm land and olive garden, with the Trasimeno Lake in the backbground.

The property is located in the municipality of Paciano, a medieval village recognized as a pioneer of the "MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES IN ITALY" club.

This holiday home which today looks like a small village nestled in the greenery, opened its doors in 1992, initially recovering an old farmhouse and subsequently the related agricultural outbuildings. It currently offers different accommodation options with additional services on request and bookable in advance for your well-being.

Our lovely apartments are all refurbished with typically umbrian rustic design and decorated with style, and you can chose from studio flat, two-room flats, three-room flats and one independent double room with bathroom.

Apart 2 swimming pools, the Wellness Point, the playground area for children or the soccer field, guests have the choice of various spaces dedicated to entertainment.

Available 2 swimming pools with a large sun desk, equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs dedicated to each apartment to guarantee your own private space.

The Rectangular Swimming Pool 12 x 6 m (1.20 - 1.70 m), with a new skimmer filtering system and natural salt-based purification (without the use of chlorine).

The Oval Pool 11 x 5.50m (1.00 - 1.40m), with the skimmers filtering system and traditional purification.

Wellness corner: Hydromassage (summer), Heated (spring/autumn)

The WELLNESS POINT for exclusive use: ideal, especially on weekends and in mid-season, to relax and eliminate the stress accumulated during the working week.

Wellness point, with sauna, jacuzzi with appropriate showers and bathrooms sufficient for the families that could reserve their exclusive use for 1 hour, between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The common services, available for all the apartments, are situated in appropriate spaces, such as: Common room with the vending-machine of coffee and snacks, the stereo system and the TV 28”.

Laundry space equipped with washing machine, ironic and bathroom, on the disposal of the guests 24 h/24.

Mini-soccer grass field, with free entrance, that can be used also for stretching, footing, etc.

Cooking: our property doesn't offer food service, but the guests could use the private kitchen-space of each apartment, or the one in the common room (particularly useful for the guests of the matrimonial bedroom).
