A beautiful detached house of new total renovation, in respect of the recovery of the origins of Tuscan farmhouses.
It takes its name from the splendid panorama over the city of Siena and the suggestive hills that make this landscape one of the most beautiful in the world.
Villa Siena is a house suitable for couples who want more privacy, but it is absolutely comfortable even for families of 4 people.
The entrance has a large window that opens onto the kitchen equipped with all the comforts of our times: a microwave oven, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, etc ... all set in top-quality cherry wood.
On the same floor as the kitchen there is also the living room with a large window that, together with the beautiful fireplace, is the setting for an '700 Tuscan brick arch.
A bathroom with a very large shower defines the floor below.
A large staircase allows access to the upper floor. Here there is a double bedroom with king size bed (with latex mattress to ensure a good rest) and with cherry wood wardrobe with 8 doors; a large window frames the entire Val d'Arbia.
On the same floor there is a second smaller bedroom which has a bunk bed and a wardrobe, this room also has a large window with a beautiful view.
The second bathroom with bath gives service to the two bedrooms, where in your moments of relaxation, if ever during a nice bath, you can enjoy the splendid panorama of Siena.
The house also has a beautiful private terrace where you can enjoy maximum relaxation and enjoy dinners and outdoor lunches immersed in a dream landscape.
