Restaurant

The restaurant is located inside the farmhouse, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Suvereto, a special opportunity to taste typical local recipes immersed in the splendor of the Tuscan countryside. Our chef's kitchen awaits you for delicious lunches and dinners, in a natural setting with unforgettable colours, where relaxation and quiet will lull you while tasting dishes with a unique flavour.

The restaurant offers a complete culinary experience, with an air-conditioned room with a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, as well as a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Follonica and the island of Elba to enjoy summer evenings outdoors. A shaded patio next to the restaurant offers the opportunity to enjoy an aperitif by the pool, while games in the garden will entertain the children. The cuisine varies from the typical meat of the Suvereto area, with dishes based on wild boar and beef, to the freshest fish from the Tyrrhenian Sea, given that we are only 20 minutes from the sea. Furthermore, the mixed platters of cured meats, cold cuts and local cheeses are paired with excellent red and white wines from the best wineries in the area.

The restaurant is open to both Resort customers and the external public, offering various opportunities during the summer period. It is available for breakfasts, as a bar for cold drinks and ice creams during the day, and for aperitifs to be enjoyed perhaps by the pool. Plus, it's open for dinner.
