The Holiday House is a historic residence built in 1750, just in the Chianti area and near Siena. The house has a particular architecture that makes it unique, and has been restored in the tradition of Tuscany and Siena. A large garden-park with an olive grove and terraces full of Mediterranean plants allows you to relax and enjoy the countryside. A beautiful, big and sunny swimming pool (6x12 m), with views of the surrounding fields is available in the property.

The house is in a strategic position to reach Siena in just a few minutes (6 km), with the advantage of enjoying the peace of the countryside. There are good restaurants nearby, facilities such as supermarkets and small shops, and farms where it is possible to buy local products directly. From the residence you can easily reach Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti area, but also the south of Siena, with the beautiful Crete Senesi, and the towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino.
