Farmhouse description

The farmhouse includes a Villa with 4 bedrooms and the Farm (Apartments Tino, Fiasco and Giara).

In the characteristic star-shaped dam, where the water used to operate the mighty stone mills was collected, today a small swimming pool (5x10 m) has been installed for the exclusive use of guests.

Around the old mill and its annex, almost as if to hide them from the view of unwanted visitors, there is a fresh park of tall trees with relaxation corners, equipped with outdoor furniture.

The Farm is located in a panoramic and quiet position, surrounded by vineyards that produce the grapes for the famous wines: Nobile and Rosso di Montepulciano. Around the house there is a large green space equipped with garden furniture where, in a sunny position, a swimming pool (Dim. mt.7x14) and a soccer field have been built.

The Farm is an old farm from the 1800s composed of the beautiful manor house with its private chapel and private garden, and an adjacent farmhouse divided into three apartments available for rent.

The Villa, the Church and the old garden can be the ideal setting for weddings and other celebrations. Our management is in fact also suitable for providing catering services with the necessary equipment for a large event.
