Staying in this Farmhouse is a unique opportunity to enjoy all the authenticity of the traditions of the Marche in the most complete relaxation offered by the surrounding nature. It is 20 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains with the possibility of excursions and 40 minutes from the sea.

The old barn of the family, completely restored with all the care of those who live a history of more than two hundred years, houses welcoming and comfortable accommodations (rustic environments), all completely independent, equipped with TV, independent heating, bathrooms with shower, an environment specifically structured to accommodate disabled guests.

The property also features a meeting room and a panoramic swimming pool 12x5.50, which lights up at night for suggestive outdoor evenings.

The Piceno village offers various opportunities for visits with the Palazzo Felici, the Alamanno museum dedicated to a very important polyptych by Pietro Alamanno, a student of Crivelli; finally the CEA (Environmental Education Center) offers guided tours to the local fossil areas of the lower Pliocene and excursions on nature trails in the Montefalcone forest.
