The farmhouse of this property in Montecarlo di Lucca was built in the early 17th century and maintains much of the original structure.
We are in the middle of the hilly landscape of Lucca, among eighteenth-century villas, towns and cities full of history and traditions. Lucca, Pescia and Collodi are just a stone's throw away and in less than an hour by car we can reach Pisa, Florence, why not, the Terme di Montecatini and the beaches of Versilia.
This Tuscan farmhouse is divided into two independent apartments..
The Pincione apartment is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is the kitchenette and the living room (where a double sofa bed is available for every need) with the fireplace. The latter room, although smaller in size, has a cherry wood table dating back to the mid-19th century which, once opened, can seat 10 people.
The second floor is dedicated to the sleeping area with three bedrooms and 8 beds divided into two double beds, 2 single beds and a bunk bed, as well as two bathrooms to meet the needs of the number of people hosted.
On the right side, in front and at the back of the farmhouse, there is a completely fenced garden equipped with garden tables, chairs, deckchairs and umbrellas as well as a barbecue.
Furthermore, a large area is dedicated to parking for an unlimited number of vehicles. Access to the structure is very simple, in fact, despite being in the middle of the countryside away from all the noise, the Altopascio toll booth of the A11 motorway is only 2 km away.
