This farmhouse with swimming pool and riding stables is located in the Tuscan countryside in the municipality of Montaione, near Florence, a few kilometers from the main art cities of Tuscany, such as: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo or Vinci .

There are many sporting services inside the farmhouse: tennis field, football field, volleyball field, bowls field and tennis table. Our residence is two hundred hectares big. The apartments of the residence (agriturismo) are equipped in Tuscan style with all the comforts you need: air condition, dishwasher, TV-sat. Free WI-FI in every bedroom.

During your holidays in Tuscany you will relax in the big panoramic swimming pool, which is 340m² big and equipped with salted water and hydro massage. In the meanwhile your children will play in the swimming pool for children or in the game park. You will play golf in the near "Golf Club", or you will ride horses in the near horse-centre. You will rent Mountain-Bikes for your excursions or you will decide to have an aperitif in Montaione, Volterra, San Gimignano.

“We had a trilo on the first floor with view over the valley.That means 3 bedrooms. Very spacious appartment. Terrace was covered which is really needed in summer. Pool was great and well maintained and had 4 chairs for each appartment. More than enough since many people make day visits. Rental (good quality) bikes available. The airco (50 eur per week) was excellent. Storage room for bikes. I would say that most of the facilities you can think of are available. The view from our terrace and the swimming pool was gorgeous. Sunset overlooking the valley is magnificent.”
