This beautiful luxury villa, in perfect Tuscan style, built in the second half of 18th century, where the comfort of modern life perfectly matches with the classic Tuscan brick and wood, is located in the middle of the Tuscan hills, close to the most important cities such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, easily reachable by car, by various local transport means or by using our shuttle bus service. 

The exterior of the the villa is characterized by a large garden with lawn, fully Tuscan vegetation (olive trees, small vineyards).

You can find 3 Gazebos, one on the side of the villa, with a large table and equipped barbeque, a second, in front of the villa where you can comfortably relax on the sofas, enjoying the Tuscan sunset, savoring typical products waiting for dinner. Moving one level lower than the villa we find a third Gazebo where you can have breakfast or aperitifs by the pool. 

The garden is also equipped with a small playground for children with a slide and a swing.

This Villa also enjoys a private pool for guests, (6 x 12 m with depth 1.40 mt ). It is located on a natural terrace, a couple of meters below the level of the villa, it is a pee with infinity, so it enjoys a fantastic view of the surrounding hills, also equipped with a whirlpool. 
Under the pool you will find a dressing room equipped with a shower and a toilet, where you can change into total comfort. There is also a children's corner.

Part B: Dining room for 8 people, Lounge room with antique fire place (not usable), divans, card table with 4 chairs; Well equipped kitchen for 6 with oven; Downstairs bathroom with Jacuzzi shower; Two staircases (16 steps in part A and 13 in part B); all bedrooms have beside tables.

First Floor
Part A: Blue bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, 1 chests of drawers, ensuite with Jacuzzi shower; balcony reached by a spiral staircase with single bed. Triple bedroom with 3 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom with single bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, shared by the bedroom with 3 single beds and the single room. Intermediate floor: above the large dining room and reached by a staircase of 9 stairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom is downstairs.

First Floor
Part B: Yellow bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi (hydro massage bath and shower, walk-in wardrobe, antique chest, chest of drawers, two armchairs with small toilette). Green bedroom: Double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite with Jacuzzi shower, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Pink bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite with Jacuzzi shower, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
