The property is an 18th century country residence located in Modica. The residence features an Arabian garden with stone basins and details, a seasonal swimming pool and various species of plants and fruit trees.
Going up the pitch and ceramic brick staircase you reach the upper floor divided into three comfortable family suites, two-room apartments for 4-5 people with bathroom and overlooking the patio.
The rooms are finished in stone, and equipped with plasma TV, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi; the kitchens are equipped and a laundry service is available.
