This cozy Bed and Breakfast is located among the green hills of the Iblei, a few kilometers from the golden Mediterranean beaches and just outside the historic center of the city of MODICA, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its Baroque style.

The Bed and Breakfast is located on the extreme edge of south-eastern Sicily, between the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the ancient remains of Kamarina. Guests of this Bed and Breakfast can then alternate days spent on the beach with days discovering the historical and cultural richness of this ancient and beautiful land.

In the house, very spacious, are available to guests three annexes with private entrances and reserved parking space. The quiet environment and the family atmosphere are ideal for those who want to harmonize the desire to learn about culture and tradition with the pleasure of fun.

The rooms available to guests are spacious, bright and comfortable, equipped with private bathroom, heating and air conditioning.
On the terrace or in the garden, guests can find the taste of some pleasant hours of relaxation under the hot Sicilian sun.

Breakfast is the highlight of the day, a veritable feast of flavors: jams, cakes, biscuits, bread, seasonal fruit, orange juices and almond milk, all regularly done at home as the famous "Modica Chocolate".
Breakfast is served in the cozy lounge with fireplace or, in fine weather, in the large terrace in the shade of a fantastic pergola.
On request, the Bed and Breakfast is equipped for celiacs breakfast.
