The sea, with the suggestive beaches of Punta della Suina and Lido Pizzo, among the most beautiful of the Ionian Salento, is only 3 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
From the terraces you can enjoy the view of the countryside as far as Gallipoli, with its splendid bay and the Island of Sant'Andrea.

The property has a villa, four apartments with kitchen, two comfort double bedrooms and two suites that can accommodate up to three people. The buildings are heated and cooled with latest generation thermal systems.
The rest and tranquility of our guests are very important, for this reason, for each unit, we have chosen quality beds and latest generation Memory foam mattresses.

All accommodations have an independent entrance and have a private shaded and equipped outdoor area that guarantees guests moments of absolute relaxation in which they will be accompanied only by the natural sounds of the countryside and the pleasantness of the landscape that offers the immense olive grove that reaches sea.

All housing units are insulated and soundproofed in order to guarantee the greatest possible comfort. The modern furnishings, all in shades of natural colors and white, harmonize well with the colors chosen for the grit floors, typical of the rural houses of Salento.
To make the atmosphere more exclusive and welcoming, for some units we have chosen refined works by the contemporary Turin painter Piero D'amore and the most beautiful smiles of the Brescia photographer Walter Pescara.

In 2019 a new building took shape next to the swimming pool La rosa dei venti, which frames the morning breakfast and the evening tastings of local products. The wind rose is characterized by a barrel vault in exposed tuff, large windows and a terrace. Pastry products are supplied fresh and daily. A breakfast service dedicated to guests with special needs is also available; we could provide vegan, nickel and gluten free breakfasts.

Guests can shop for fruit and vegetables in the garden, at a cost of 0 and km 0, and can use the barbecue (service upon reservation for a fee).
The pool measures 70 square meters and its use is reserved only for guests of the farm.
Both the rooms and the apartments are equipped with TV, WI FI, air conditioning and heating.
The property is not equipped to accommodate small and large animals.
The shaded parking for cars and motorbikes is free and is located inside the property.
Out of respect for guests, smoking is not allowed in all units.

We guarantee to all Guests who will take advantage of the breakfast service, the spacing of the tables required by law. We guarantee the sanitization of all accommodations and daily disinfection with certified products, both in the common areas and the swimming pool, whose use will be regulated by legislation but above all by the common sense and collaboration of our Guests.
