  Perdu dans la verdure entre jardins et vergers d'oliviers, cet ancien moulin à huile est idéalement situé pour les excursions à Florence et dans la campagne Toscane. Il offre le cadre et le calme nécessaire au repos. La piscine est appréciable et le jardin bien aménagé en petits espaces privatifs ou partagés. Simone est un hôte charmant, très attachant, disponible, attentif et serviable.

  L'accueil, pratique de la langue française du propriétaire, tout à coté proche de Firenze, et de l'autoroute pour visiter la Toscane, propriété au calme et parcourue par des animaux sauvages ( chevreuils, lièvres, faisans etc....)

  intérieur de l'appartement un peu sombre, mais du à l'exposition.

  Bon accueil et bons conseils (visites, transport...etc) de la part du propriétaire. Accès facile en bus au centre de Florence.Hypermarché tout proche pour le ravitaillement.

  La route pour accéder en voiture à la propriété est très étroite, mais heureusement peu fréquentée. Le plan d'accès depuis l'autoroute serait à détailler un peu plus (pour ceux qui n'ont pas de GPS !)

  A conseiller pour les touristes voulant à la fois explorer Florence sans soucis de la voiture et profiter d'un cadre verdoyant pour se reposer d'une journée culturelle fatigante.

  Calme, cadre champêtre. faubourg de Firenze sans en avoir les inconvénients. Piscine, etc. Tout y est... il ne manque pas grand chose dans les appartements

  Le propriétaire est très proffessionnel, voire trop (vous payez le séjour avant de visiter les lieux)! Attention au prix de séjour : pensez à inclure le prix de la climatisation et celui du nettoyage. A ce prix là on pourrait s'attendre à ce que les prix annexes (clim, nettoyage) soient inclus dans le prix affiché.

  Après la foule des touristes au Duomo et à la Galeria degli ufuzzi, prenez le temps de la visite du musée San Marco (Plazza San Marco) dans Florence : un havre de sérénité et très reposant en plus d'être très beau... avec visite des cellules des moines et leur peinture sur mur de Fra Angelico et ses élèves. A ne pas rater !

  swimming pool very welcome after hot day in city or for a leisurely day. Air conditioning Quiet location barbecue area Owner was very helpful and friendly Interesting book of photos re conversion of accommodation to a high standard

  additional electricity and air con charges these should be included in the rental. We travelled from the UK by train to Florence and we hoped to use public tranport but had to hire a car to get to a supermarket etc. as too far to walk carrying shopping. Not enough tables and chairs outside accommodation, we were on ground floor so ok but others had none or had to use the ones near us. Mosquitoes!

  A good centre for touring Tuscany as long as you have a car.

  L'appartamento è spaziosissimo, dotato di molti comfort ed arredato con gusto. Il giardino, la piscina e la veranda arricchiscono ulteriormente la sua ospitalità.

  E' necesario disporre di un mezzo proprio per visitare Firenze, il cui centro si può raggiungere a piedi o coi mezzi pubblici solo dopo aver trovato parcheggio.

  Pianificate di spendere una mattinata di relax per godervi la piscina e gli spazi aperti nei dintorni della struttura. Ovviamente parlo di primavera o estate.
