Located in the Val di Pierle, a small valley adjacent to Lake Trasimeno, between Tuscany and Umbria, this property is the ideal place to spend a stay immersed in the tranquility and greenery of nature, an excellent starting point for daily visits to the most important cities and characteristic places of the two regions.
The village has ancient origins and was formed over the years with the construction of the homes of the sharecroppers who worked on the farm. The apartments were created from the renovation of a part of it.
In the garden surrounding the apartments there is a 12 meter x 6 meter x 1.50 meter swimming pool, equipped with a hydromassage tub.
The kitchen of each of the apartments is equipped with a four-burner stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer and everything needed for cooking.
Each apartment is equipped with independent heating and independent entrances and there is a laundry room with washing machine available for guests.
