In the heart of the Sienese Chianti, a few steps from the Via Francigena, on a hill overlooking the suggestive Val d’Elsa there is this Agriturismo, an agricultural village where, for generations, agriculture and landscape have merged with history. Here, between tradition and innovation, the farm produces various types of products. Inside the farm is the farmhouse, consisting of rooms and apartments, swimming pool and restaurant, where you can relive the rhythms of rural life, a short distance from the most important centers of art and history in Tuscany.

Farm products
The estate extends for about 300 hectares in the heart of the Sienese Chianti. The essence of the Colle Val d'Elsa 403 estate is multifunctionality: from the cultivation of vines and transformation of grapes into wine, to the care of olive trees and oil production, to the extensive cultivation of arable land (wheat, spelled, barley, field beans, sunflower, all 'breeding of semi-wild pigs for the production of craft beer in a "micro" brewery created on the farm, where beers are produced with mainly local raw materials.

Olive Oil: the estate has within it numerous plots intended for the cultivation of the olive tree, a noble plant of the Mediterranean tradition. Once harvested, the olives are taken to the company oil mill, to be pressed within 24 hours so as to minimize the loss of precious antioxidants of which the olive is naturally rich.

Craft beer for passion: in the center of the village, in front of the cellar and the farmyard, in a small room once used as a grain mill, there is the microbrewery, born for fun and passion, using local water , barley grown on the farm's land, malt and genuine raw materials, many styles of craft beer are produced.

Breeding: in the more than 40 hectares of wood, several dozen heads of pigs are raised in the semi-wild state. These are able to independently procure food, following their natural inclination to graze. This type of farming allows us to produce very tasty meats, with a soft and tasty fat, rich in antioxidants, allowing us to bring unique products with an ancient flavor to our customers' tables.

Restaurant in the historic village
The agricultural restaurant is located within the historic village and includes an internal, warm and welcoming room, which seats up to 45 people, and a large covered veranda, overlooking the countryside and the swimming pool, with a capacity of over 100 people. The restaurant is open to both guests of the farm and to outsiders.
A wide selection of 0 km farm products is offered, such as cold cuts from pigs raised a few steps away in a semi-wild state, extra virgin olive oil, craft beers and DOCG and IGT wines. The menu is fixed and varies from day to day according to the seasons. For wine fans, you can have a guided tasting during the meal.

The breakfast
Breakfast awakens guests with simple and genuine flavors and smells, from homemade cakes, to classic local products and a wide choice of savory dishes, from fresh eggs, to Tuscan ham, to cheeses, to satisfy all palates and all habits.

Weddings - Ceremonies - Events
The estate is also the ideal place for weddings, ceremonies, corporate events, romantic dinners, or celebrations of various kinds, for which you can customize the menu.
In addition to the spaces within the village, there is also a small consecrated church in front of the main entrance to the estate. The farm also offers various options for organizing lunches or dinners at the agricultural restaurant that seats over 100 people, agreeing on a menu according to your needs.
The farmhouse is also an ideal place for dinners with friends, birthday or graduation parties, but also for sporting events or amateur gatherings. For these there is the veranda of the restaurant and delicious menus available. On request, all events can be accompanied by music, respecting the time limits imposed by the presence of guests on the farm.
For all those companies that need to organize business meetings, this Agriturismo is the ideal place, being equipped with rooms, a restaurant and a room to set up for conferences.
