The property, located in the Cefalù centre, is a medieval palace and was probably constructed during the time of King Ruggero II in 1139. The city of Cefalu is renowned and attracts tourists from all over the world. In addition to the famous Duomo and many other historic buildings, Cefalu has a fine sandy beach, with a wonderful reef bathed in limpid waters.

Just a few minutes walk from the sea, the palace has been totally renovated to the highest standards. Individual apartments are fitted with period furniture and each has air conditioning, independent heating and a large sun terrace overlooking the Duomo, the great Rocca or the sea from which the Aeolian Islands emerge.

We do not serve food. There is a restaurant in the same building but separate from the apartments. Serving traditional Sicilian food, and with a formidable wine cellar, the restaurant promises visitors a truly gastronomic experience.

From the building you can reach the sea on foot in a few minutes. What were once the "prisons" inside the Palazzo now house a restaurant and a well-stocked wine shop, in keeping with the renowned Sicilian food and wine tradition. From Cefalù you can easily reach the city of Palermo, rich in artistic and landscape beauties, the Aeolian Islands, with a daily hydrofoil connection, the Madonie Natural Park, a true paradise for hikers. For golf enthusiasts, a few kilometers away, innovative and scenic courses recently built welcome international elite tourism.
