Two-bedroom modern luxury villa with swimming pool, extensive gardens in sight of Castiglione del Lago on Tuscany/Umbria border.

The Montepulciano area in which the estate is located is the ideal base for touring the vineyards and is rich with culture and history.

The farmhouse offers comfort, is well-furnished with artistic touches, a colorful blend of contemporary furniture and antiques, and filled with amenities cooling / heating, a game room and two very well equipped and spacious cook's kitchen. The guest can sit back and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
