Organic and Traditional Cuisine

The agriturismo’s restaurant is a meeting point between traditional Sicilian and Italian cuisine, enriched by a touch of elegance and innovation, offering guests a unique and fulfilling gastronomic experience.

The cuisine is deeply rooted in the local territory, with almost all ingredients sourced from its own organic and permaculture garden and from top-quality zero-kilometer partners in the same district. In particular, meats and cheeses are true highlights for visitors wanting to savor the specialties of the Sicani Mountains. Unsurprisingly, the agriturismo is located along the gastronomic route of “Le Vie dei Formaggi.”

The kitchen is led by Sicilian Chef Gabriele, who brings over twenty years of culinary experience. The restaurant offers 100 seats between the veranda and indoor dining room.

The menu is typically à la carte, with fixed menus available only on special occasions and celebrations.

“Nous avons été très bien reçus : apéritif - partie de billard en arrivant .Les propriétaires sont très sympas. La maison est dans un endroit champêtre avec une belle vue sur les paysages aux alentours. Nous avons aussi pu profiter du restaurant avec un repas de grande qualité :plusieurs plats à base de poisson cuisinés avec gout -repas digne d'un étoilé”
