This Agriturismo with swimming pool and restaurant in Umbria is a very recently opened complex. The agriturismo, a certified organic farm, consists of two large farmhouses and other small rural buildings that have been transformed into agritourism facilities.
The buildings have been restored according to the most current structural and technological guidelines, in full respect of the ancient traces. Chestnut beams and terracotta tiles coexist with solar thermal panels and home automation.

We have 4 finely furnished mini apartments, the wellness center with Jacuzzi and infrared sauna, outdoor infinity pool with chromotherapy, the ancient bread oven with its porch, the small agricultural restaurant, the reception, a warehouse created in the agricultural annex for the maturing of cheeses and the cellar used since the last century for the conservation of wine and a very spacious parking lot.
In the large garden there are swings, hammocks, benches and seats made from tree trunks.

From the entire agriturismo you can admire the wonderful surrounding hilly landscape, which from the medieval village of Poggio di Otricoli slopes down to the Tiber and continues as far as the eye can see beyond the Cimini Mountains.
The breathtaking views that surround it lend themselves to naturalistic photographic reportage: intact medieval villages, forests, olive groves, river gorges, archaeological finds... all accompanied in the summer by a mild and breezy climate and the purity of the air that regenerates body and mind.

Farmer's Aperitif
On Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 pm you can also enjoy the farmer's aperitif. A nice aperitif at sunset to spend a wonderful evening! The drink will be accompanied by appetizers.

The History of the Estate
On the border between Umbria and Lazio, a treasure from the past is hidden... today it is also an Agriturismo but before it was a farm dating back to 1800!
Deborah, in the early 2000s, arriving from Rome, discovered this decaying structure in Calvi dell'Umbria. She fell madly in love with it and decided to buy it to transform it into a Agriturismo!
After about 10 years of work, in 2011 the Tenuta opened its doors, welcoming guests until 2016, the year in which Deborah unfortunately left us prematurely…
Francesca, a daughter with deeply Roman roots, and her partner Andrea, Umbrian heart and soul, decided to continue Deborah's dream, thus adding a new chapter to the history of Tenuta!
Today, with love and passion, we have merged our roots, sharing with you the beauty and authenticity of this truly special place.
