Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico, among green olive groves, vineyards and centuries-old oak trees, the Villa is the right place to spend holidays in peace and joy.

This Tuscan country house, is completely isolated and is located on a hill that offers absolute peace and tranquility with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and villages.
The large garden surrounding the house has a swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
A barbecue and a large outdoor table invite you to enjoy the sound of silence and the singing of birds while tasting the excellent Tuscan sausages and good wine!
The house is very suitable for families with children thanks to its large garden and the green spaces with shade and sun surrounding the house.
There is a large kitchen (with air conditioning and everything you need to prepare delicious Tuscan meals) with its adjacent hillock where you can relax and enjoy an excellent Tuscan wine while enjoying the view of fascinating hills.
On request you can taste the real Tuscan cuisine by organizing a lunch or dinner!
Upon arrival customers will find a taste of local wine !!
Outdoor table tennis table, private pool, fans in every room and air conditioning in the large kitchen.

House division:
First floor:
Loggia furnished with sofa, chairs and table to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the valleys.
Large kitchen with large fireplace - 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 with single beds) each with its own bathroom
(on request you can have one of the single rooms with double sheets).
Downstairs:
Living room with fireplace, dining room and playroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) each with en-suite bathroom.
Florence, Arezzo, Greve in Chianti, Siena are 30/45 minutes from home and at 1 km and 1.5 km there are the towns Mercatale and Bucine with everything you need COOP Supermarket, Pharmacies, small shops and restaurants

IMPORTANT
In winter the heating costs are not included and will be calculated with a meter and will pay giving a deposit of Euro 400 which will be deducted the actual consumed.
It is estimated around € 40 a day (for 10 hours of heating for both floors of the house). If only the upstairs is turned on (the cost is to be calculated around € 20 a day for 10 hours of heating).
Firewood is included in the final price.

There is the possibility of having a Baby Sitter, cook at home for dinners, cooking lessons and of course wine tasting in various companies in the surrounding area.

DOGS Only small and single dogs are allowed.

The owner lives in her own house and will always be available to guests for any problem or information they may need without invading their privacy.
