The 2-person apartments are spacious and romantic, their size varies from 45 to 60 square meters. They are located on the ground floor except one apartment which is on the first floor.

Each one has:

a living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, cooking hob,sink, fridge/refrigerator, microwave with grill function, moka (Italian coffee machine), 1 double bedroom with queen size bed (195x160 cm), 1 additional bed can be added depending on your advanced requirements, 1 bathroom with shower (only the first floor apartment has a bath-tub and a shower). Towels and linens are included.

There is a large communal open space courtyard with sofas, tables and chairs where guests can congregate comfortably during leisure time; additionally, on the lower level of the villa, guests may enjoy a pergola with wrought iron tables and chairs and a spectacular view of the countryside.

Free Wi-Fi is available in these outside common areas.

During the high season, from 18 June to 27 August, the property does not accept guests under the age of 13.

N.B .: pets are not allowed.

“Loved this place which is located in the beautiful Tuscan hills only 4K from San Gimignano. Fabulous family staff who provided really personal service e.g. great touring recommendations. Recommend booking the restaurant for dinner (only open Fri /Sat nights) - delicious meal. Also recommend the cooking class offered by lovely local woman Patrizia! It was a fantastic experience and we really enjoyed sitting down afterwards eating our home cooked Tuscan meal on the terrace.”
