Cooking Classes

We are very happy to share with you the experience of Tuscan cooking! On request, we organize a cooking class in the kitchen.

Our chef will show you how to prepare some tuscan recipes. You will cook with her and at the end of the class you will taste for lunch the dishes you prepared on the course, in a relaxing atmosphere, under the pergola and with good wine!

We give you an idea about the delicious dishes you will be preparing here, with the always present ingredient of fresh products used according to the season and availability that our sunny Tuscan land has to offer.

We will make home-made bread, salted and sweet schiacciata, different types of bruschetta, vegetable flans. Then, exquisite gnocchi, tagliatelle or pici, and their wonderful sauces according to the inspiration brought by the available vegetable.

Again pork fillet in balsamic vinegar, meat or vegetable stuffed zucchini and tomatoes and much more that you will discover by yourself!

An example of dessert can be our "cantuccini biscuits" or "schiacciata dolce" (Tuscan sweet bread with raisin), apple and fruit tart.

Recommend booking the restaurant for dinner (only open Fri /Sat nights) - delicious meal. Also recommend the cooking class offered by lovely local woman Patrizia!
