An independent villa in the heart of Langhe and Monferrato

Nestled in the greenery of Castagnole delle Lanze, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and the beating heart of a territory recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this independent villa is the ideal base for those who wish to experience Piedmont at its most authentic and unhurried. Just a short walk from traditional restaurants, wine bars and local shops, it offers everything needed for a holiday that combines absolute relaxation with the discovery of an extraordinary region.

The spaces: comfort and privacy on every floor

The villa spans two floors and can accommodate up to eight guests. On the first floor there are four air-conditioned bedrooms: one double, two with single beds and one with a sofa bed. There are two private bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace with an automatic awning, designed for outdoor dining during the warmest hours of the day.

The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests: the enclosed private garden, the outdoor pool — six and a half metres by three and a half, with a depth of one metre thirty — sun loungers, barbecue, washing machine and private parking. A setting designed for those who wish to rediscover their own pace without giving up comfort.

The territory to explore

The villa's location is everything one could wish for when exploring Piedmont's gastronomic and cultural riches. Alba, around fifteen kilometres away, is the white truffle capital and home to one of the most fascinating medieval town centres in the region. Barbaresco, twenty kilometres away, is celebrated for its namesake wine and its evocative village. Asti, at a similar distance, is the city of the Palio and of sparkling wines. Barolo, thirty kilometres away, offers not only its world-famous wine but also the castle and the WiMu museum, appreciated by adults and children alike. Turin, around sixty kilometres away, completes the picture with its extraordinary range of museums and monuments, from the Mole Antonelliana to the Egyptian Museum.

In the immediate surroundings, the village centre is just three hundred metres away — with cafés, restaurants, wine bars and a padel court — while Neive, another jewel of the Langhe, is only five kilometres distant.

Practical information

Check-in is between 4:00 and 9:00 pm and can be completed independently with the building's staff; check-out is by 10:00 am. Private parking is included; for particularly low or long vehicles, it is advisable to check access to the driveway in advance. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a family member, and a valid identity document will be required upon arrival for registration purposes. Pets are welcome.
