Not only is he willing to share with you the secrets that make his cuisine small, but he is also happy to nourish your culinary talents with a brief but intensive cookery course held in our kitchen. The course requires the preparation of dishes chosen at time of booking by customers themselves. Students prepare elaborate meals and then taste the end of the course and the chef will also issue a certificate of participation. We organize stays in BB for local cooking classes with Chef fame. The Hall head and the Chef organize a series of courses to provide to give general informations on Amalfi Coast food and wine culture. Very often, in people lack a basic culture that it isn’t easily satisfied with traditional teaching approach to the products table. The philosophy and objective are therefore to get a better appreciation of the food and wine in all its aspects. The topics range from the traditional knowledge of food and wine area, which it will be supported by basic outline of the typical product.
General program: - Presentation of the places and their food and wine, cultural and folk peculiarities. - Viticulture and Enology. - Description of the characteristics of each wine presented. - Optical and olfactory exam and description of the palate characteristics. - Association of the wines presented. At the end of the course each student will be issued a certificate participation.
