Description

Position: the Holiday Farm is located in the heart of Tuscany, very near from the medieval village of Montaione.

It’s a magnificent stone farmhouse, accurately renovated, surrounded by vegetation, in a heaven of peace.
The most important cities of art (Florence, Pisa, Siena, Leghorn, Lucca and Volterra) are reachable in less than one hour, while the smaller ones (such as San Miniato, San Gimignano, Certaldo and Vinci) are reachable in less than 15 minutes.
The farm extends for 27 hectars, characterized by the presence of vineyard and olive grove, but also by horses, donkeys, sheeps, goats, gooses and hens, all living in a natural state.

Accommodation: divided in 6 flats, 2 of which are qualified for disability, with terracotta-tiled floors, wooden-beam ceilings and red bricks, which are classic in rustic tuscan architecture.
The farmhouse is enclosed by a renovated barn. The swimming-pool is adjacent to the house.
