Staff only available at very limited time frames, left us the first day without properly turning on heat, very cold and uncomfortable.

Felt very isolated, no one to call or talk to if a problem arises. Did not get the "flavor" of a working farm, did not see anyone out and about. No help in finding grocery store or other needed facilities.

Beautiful location for quiet stay or sightseeing, very short drive to famous Tuscan villages and wineries.
Beautiful, well appointed apartments. We have been lucky to arrive at the start of grape picking season. Our teenage son has been really fascinated by the whole process and finally knows where the wine comes from.
Would be nice to be able to order "food basket" with the local produce, especially on arrival.

Everything about our vacation at QaP was superb. the setting; the people, the wine ... the surroundings ... magnifico!
Every evening at sunset we enjoyed a bottle of Chianti overlooking the surrounding panorama.
At times getting home late at night was tricky through the narrow winding roads.
