Proprétaires très symphatique et disponible. Environnement réposant, jolie et soigner.Nous avons bien plus souvent que prévue dinner à l'appartement car on s'y trouver très bien.
L'ensemble des batiments et le jardin mais aussi les services et l'ambiance en général.
Equipement de la cuisine un peut légère et usé.

Relaxing break in Montione
Excellent location, very peacefull with high quality and comfotable accommodation & facilities.
Unexpected blanket cleaning fee of €45.

Bien située, la résidence est très belle mais elle n'a rien du romantisme du ferme agricole.
Appartement du rez de chaussée très sombre. un prix fixé qui fait croire que l'on a un rabais sur les prix mais qui est au final, supérieur aux prix présentés sur le site, si bien que l'on croit que le ménage est compris et , en fait, on vous réclame, ensuite une somme importante pour le ménage en vous expliquant que les prix ont augmenté pendant la saison.....
Chere Madame Gilda, je suis desolée de savoir que vous avez eu ce déception. Je suis de l'avis que le client a toujours raison et on cherche toujours de meilleurer nos services mais il faut meme voir ce que vous affirmez car je pense qu'il ya des imprécisions dans votre avis. Avant de tous excusez-moi mais nous sommes pas de tout une ferme agricole mais une maison de vacances, donc c'est normal qu'il n'y a pas de "romantisme de ferme agricole" (les animaux sont bruyantes je ne pense pas que nos clients cherchent ça mais la calme et la tranquillité ..et on a jamais écrit d'etre ferme agricole). Pour le prix dans l'age internet il y a bien la possibilité de modifier les prix de la saison et de toute façon vous avez accepté une offre par mail bien ecrite et confirmé. Quand vous avez reclamé un rebais de prix on l'a fait et vous avez eu une reduction et vous avez paié exactement le prix qui etait sur Internet (attention on parle de 20 euro pour le 1ere apt et 10 pour le 2me), donc vous avez eu une reduction de prix. Dans la mail il y a aussi bien ecrit "nettoyage finale euro.." parce que n'est pas compris dans le prix, je vous invite à lire les emails envoyées et à voir notre page: http://www.agriturismo.net/montaione-206/season-and-prices/ enfin..pour la soirée musicale je suis desolée de savoir que vous ne l'avez pas apprécié car il s'agit de notre père qui a joué la guitar dans un gruppe pour 20 ans et qui aime de la jouer pour vous pendant le sejour des clients pour une soirée de relax de seule guitar.. nous avons des gens qui viennent meme pour ça. Excusez-moi mais la seule demande que je pense vous avez raison c'est que l'appartment au rez de chaussé a une chambre sur 2 qui est plus sombre mais trés fraiche. Cordialment. Laura

Une Résidence superbe - des propriétaires très sympatiques et disponibles - une région magnifique et chargée d'histoire
Résidence très bien située en Toscane , à partir de laquelle il est facile de rayonner sans faire trop de voiture . Très belle résidence bien équipée - piscine bien venue Laura est très à l'écoute et de bon conseil
Résidence composée de 10 gîtes donc le séjour dépend aussi des autres locataires : pour nous , la 1ère semaine fut très bien réussie grâce à des locataires sympas et discrets ; par contre , la seconde fut gâchée par l'occupation de 5 gîtes sur les 10 par un même groupe , pas vraiment discret ce qui a rompu le charme ( et encore pas à cause des enfants ) ; mais ceci peut arriver partout !

Good modern accomodation, reasonably well equipped, but no oven. No air conditioning and problems with mosquitos. Little too close to road, although this was not busy and did not cause a problem. Owners very charming and helpful.

Owners were exceptionaly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped make our stay in Montaione unforgettable. We also enjoyed "Babbo's" concerts. We will definately be back again in the future!
The furnishings in the lounge were not up to the standard of the rest of the facility. It's a shame that the facility is not really equipped to handle children.

Wonderful farmhouse in a wonderful location
The property is situated in a central yet quiet area. I think that this is the best advantage of all. So it was possible to visit alot of places it is very well kept and looking out of the windows is so relaxing. The owners were very nice offering us useful advice. Another positive aspect is the small restaurant/grocer down the road - the food is very good and it is very convenient especially after a day of sightseeing.

Bien à tous points de vue
Accueil familial et trés sympatique. Stéphanie et Laura conjuguent serviabilité et amabilité. Leur papa nous gratifie même d'un petit concert une fois par semaine. Les appartements sont propres et le gîte bien entretenu avec une belle piscine. Les grandes villes de la région sont toutes accessibles en une heure de voiture.

very pleasant relaxing family vacation in beautiful surroundings
Run by very friendly and helpful family. Central Toscane location in countryside, calm surroundings and swimmingpool make for lazy days and fun for the kids. Good excursions for daytrips nearby.
It was really hot in July, bit difficult for kids and the area has mosquitos. Has nothing to do with the place or management, a next time we might pick a time just before or after summer.

Beautiful property with a lot of flowers, very nice pool and well located for visits and restaurants
The gardens are beautiful and maintained every morning by the father of the family. Nice service from the two daughters at reception. Near commodities and restaurant. Easy access to visits.
Apartments (one room, kitchen and bathroom) are a little bit small. No air condionning.

The owners were very helpful explaining where to shop and what places to visit. The pears were delicious, only not enough of them! Never found the basilicum, or other herbs though. Perhaps we should have asked. The "father" and the caretaker of the property is by far the nicest person we met in Italy, and we traveled a lot.

Friendly and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay at Montaione as the accomodation vas great, the location within easy reach of many beautiful Tuscan cities, and the immediate area was lovely also. The owner and his two daughters were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The owners being so helpful if we needed help or advise. The grounds and the immediate area being so beautiful.

el lugar está perdido en medio de la nada. las instalaciones son buenas y la atención fue buena. Solo poner el pero de que llegamos un día antes y nos dieron una habitación tal y como estaba, sin limpiar, y nunca la limpiaron en la semana que estuvimos allí. La tuvimos que limpiar nosotros.
El emplazamiento a poca distancia de todo, la amplitud del apartamento, lo bien cuidado del jardín, la piscina y el precio. Buenos sitios para comer cerca y un supermercado.
A veces no había nadie para resolver dudas, había poca o ninguna cobertura de móvil y que nos limpiaron el apartamento.

A beautiful place to relax at and/or to go from for day trips to sightsee in the surrounding countryside. Easy commuting to most of the major sights in Tuscany. The owners are friendly and most helpful with any questions we had. They were always available without being intrusive. The grounds and buildings are well kept and the flowers and landscaping beautiful to behold in May.
This place is not right off any major highway but that is part of the charm of being in Tuscany. Driving through the Tuscany landscape was a wonderful experience since there were new vistas and villages and towns to see at almost every turn in the road.

Wonderful holiday retreat! We are a couple in their late forties traveling for the first time in Italy. We are coming back and bringing friends!!
This place is just as described. We loved the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend a visit!
Internet access would have been nice, but without we spent more time enjoying our trip!

The owners where really kind and helpful, they suggested us some interesting places to visit and how to move around Tuscany (specially when visiting Firenze). The house is great, very well equipped. It has a lovely pool, but we couldn't use it (we travelled in November). It is near almost all the interesting places to visit: Siena, Volterra, Firenze, San Gimignano, etc. There are also some great restaurants near the house, the owners suggested some.

Coin calme et agréable. Très joie batisse en pierre, typique et près de grandes villes. Vous pouvez y aller à plusieurs avec des enfants ou des amis. Les appartements sont grands et bien aménagés, avec terrasse et piscine
Si vous y allez en plein été, il n'y a pas de climatisation, et malgré les murs épais, il ne faut pas craindre la chaleur.

Beautifully maintained accommodation, new and clean but built in traditional style with very helpful owners on site every day but not living there
Quality of accommodation, beautiful gardens and pools, close to excellent restaurants and only 5 minutes drive from a great supermarket. Only a short drive from beautiful hill tops towns and only 15 minutes drive to San Miniato where there is a fast train service to Florence.
All self catering, so no on-site bar or restaurant but there is a pizzeria less than 5 minutes walk away and a gormet restaurant about 10-15 minutes walk away.

A lovely surprise
Great walks & views; Lovely local pub/cafe/shop & pizzeria for lunches 2 minutes walk; Great ristorante for dinners 10 minutes walk. For any guitarists on holiday papa likes to play guitar too.
we chose the one week in 2007 where it continually rained with thunder, lightening & hail stones.Can't blame resort for this.

Mon séjour date de 2005, mais nous avions été ravis de l'accueil et très contents de la prestation. Nous avons séjourné au printemps et par mauvais temps!! La maison est "perdue" dans la campagne, mais possibilité de dîner dans des petites auberges sympas, indiquées par le propriétaire et à proximité.
Accueil sympathique, propreté des lieux.

C'è molta scelta di alloggi nella zona, non riesco a fare paragoni. occorre confrontare prezzi e dimensioni alloggi, spesso ci si basa solo su poche foto (delle stanze più belle)- Buona l'ospitalità
la zona è talmente bella e a poca distanza ci sono città d'arte, cultura, ottimi posti dove mangiare, ecc.
Se purtroppo c'è brutto tempo (come capitato nella seconda parte della settimana) ci si annoia
