Location: the structure is enclosed in the west side of Chianti, near Vernaccia vineyards of San Gimignano and few kilometres far from Florence, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, Castelfalfi, where Roberto Benigni have set his Pinocchio.
And how make mention of San Vivaldo, where lot of little chapel represent the life and the passion of Jesus, in a sort of pilgrimage that we can do in Jerusalem, and for this reason called ‘The Jerusalem of Tuscany’.
Swimming pool
Description: the holiday house is a building completely restored maintaining all the characteristics of the ancient time, such as brick floors and raftered ceiling are only a little taste of a meticulous restoring.
Also the furniture is in style: every pieces date back from the end of 18th century, beginning of the 19th.
Common room
Apartments: every apartment is provided of all the comfort. The kitchen has four hot plate, less dangerous than the others, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, TV sat, air conditioning warm and cool, American coffee machine and moka, safe. We supplied guests with sheets for the bedrooms, towels for the bathroom and the pool, and for the kitchen with weekly change.
Garden: our garden offers a panoramic terrace, from the beautiful Chianti hills to the see in front of Pisa and Livorno, visible during the day when the sky is very clear. Every apartment has its private roof outside, with the outside furniture and its panoramic view.
Common room
Services: our swimming pool, with hydro massage, is very particular, it has, in fact, two little tables immersed in the water, and sitting, so that our guest can take something to drink in the very sunny days and be delighted during the sunset.
Our barbecue is perfect for a romantic dinner under the moonlight or for cook-up with friends.
The holiday house has also a laundry room, near the garden, and a private parking with three cars places.
