Description

Location: welcome to the farmhouse located in the green Montaione only a few Km away from the more famous San Gimignano.

Located near the original "Francigena" road (The road that once connected France to Italy) the farmhouse is close to all the major Tuscan cities. The position, unique and spectacular provides a view at 360°. The villa, located on the top of a hill, 1400 metres away from the main road, is surrounded by a garden of 8000 square metres and by 150 olive trees.

Description: the farmhouse is a heaven of peace in the green countryside, far from the turmoil of everyday life and at the same time very close to all the major tourist attractions of the area.

Accommodation: all the apartments have private entrance doors and outdoor furniture for your "al fresco" dining. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and gas stove. A living room with a sofa-bed, satellite tv, fireplace and bathroom. On the first floor the bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with shower. On the second floor the master bedroom with cast iron bathtub directly in the bedroom and private separate bathroom.
