The property combines the charm of the Tuscan countryside to the proximity to roads to Volterra (5 km), San Gimignano (20km), and the other cities of art in Tuscany Certaldo, Colle Val d”Elsa, Peccioli, Pisa, Siena, Florence and the sea in Cecina and Vada. In two hundred mt there is the connection with the bus to the station to Volterra and Pontedera, Pisa airport and Florence; at the bus stop there is a small supermarket and in 3 km you are welcome at restaurant with a panoramic terrace. here is a wealth of activities in the region.

Naturalistic activities: From the holiday home on foot you can reach the trekking path of the ring of the Montenero Natural Park, with a first level path ideal for jogging and families.We provide two mountain bikes for excursions in the countryside, there is a path of medium difficulty through the hills and on the road with a loop of about 10 km and a stop at a restaurant with tasting menu for bike-lovers.
