This farmhouse with panoramic swimming pool is located between Florence and Pisa, in the ancient Medici lands of Montalbano, in the heart of Tuscany, a generous and maternal area whose immense value the Medici had already understood by protecting and preserving it in the Barco Reale Reserve, today protected natural park. Cities of art such as Florence, Pisa and Siena are quickly reachable.

The farm is located on a hill at 300 meters above sea level in a panoramic position and facing south. It is immersed in the countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in a very quiet area, given the road with little traffic and is about 3 km from Vitolini, the nearest town.

The ancient farmhouse, surrounded by a large garden, consists of 5 independent apartments renovated with care and respecting traditional Tuscan architecture. They are located on the ground floor and first floor. The apartments on the ground floor have a garden in front of their entrance, generously equipped with tables and chairs, while those on the first floor have a terrace and/or garden with pergola.

Each apartment has a kitchenette and living room with TV, a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. Wi-Fi is available for free.

The breezy climate makes stays pleasant even in the height of summer, outside the terrace and the infinity pool offer breathtaking scenery over the Montalbano valleys.

The large outdoor space is equipped with a barbecue and wooden tables protected from the sun with light and fresh colored canvases and there is also a play area for children. The farmhouse offers a multifunctional room with washing machine, olive oil and wine sales, minibar, coffee machine and stand with tourist information. Four-legged friends are welcome.

Our farmhouse produces certified organic extra virgin olive oil and since 2017 the farm, of which the farmhouse is part, has its own oil mill which can be visited by reservation. We also promote the wine of our area.

There are various typical restaurants at a distance of 2 km and there are numerous places to visit such as Vinci, Leonardo's birthplace. Montalbano, a protected area, surprises us with Etruscan excavations and many small but fascinating villages to discover such as Carmignano, Poggio a Caiano and Artimino. Furthermore, the Montalbano natural park boasts a vast network of hiking trails that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike.
Nearby there is the possibility of playing golf and there is also a riding stables for horse riding.
The Monsummano spa can be reached in 25 minutes by car as can a sports climbing crag.
