The residence stands in the heart of a pine forest, gently nestled on a hill, about 3.5 kilometers from the town of Vieste, along the road that connects Vieste to Peschici. This property welcomes its guests in a truly exceptional landscape setting, offering a holiday in Gargano unforgettable flavor.

The property is big and cozy in a setting of great beauty, ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in Gargano near the sea, but without sacrificing the comfort that only an apartment can offer. Just think of the wonderful experiences to live, to enjoy the well-deserved rest in the shade of Mediterranean trees that surround this property, the intoxicating scent of flowers.

The apartments of recent construction represent a viable solution for those who choose a holiday apartment in Vieste. Furnished with taste and simplicity, they offer all kinds of amenities, from the cooking to the bathroom with a hot shower, the fridge and kitchenware (excluding coffee) with color TV and radio. In addition, all apartments are equipped with safe and some even climate. 

Three types of apartments within the property: apartment with 1 room (one space with double bed); two-room apartment with 4 beds (a double and a bunk bed in the living room); three-room apartment with 5 beds (two double bedrooms and sofa in the living room).

Finally, a large veranda allows you to relax in total tranquility. All rooms are equipped with car parking.

Inside the Residence is a swimming pool and a playground for the little ones. For our guests also organize a barbecue area for barbecues with friends and a wood stove to prepare delicious pizzas: a fun and unusual way to live closely the informal and welcoming atmosphere of this residence at Vieste.

For those who wish, however, to dive in the clear Adriatic waters that bathe the long, sandy coast of Vieste, the residence a provides a convenient shuttle service is completely free, allowing you to reach the beaches and the bathing establishment (Lido Delfino). And for relaxation we recommend that you take a bath in the hot tub.
