Our Cuisine


Emanuele and Francesca's intent will be to take you into their traditional Ligurian recipes to arrive at the recipes created by their imagination and passion.
The kitchen "Brigade" is made up of Emanuele who takes care of the appetizers and main courses and Francesca who prepares the first courses and desserts.
Among the Ligurian dishes prepared with love and passion by Francesca and Emanuele there are: Raieu with Ü touch, Chestnut gnocchi with pesto, croxetti with walnut sauce, Easter cake, onion cake, chard cake, cuculli, panissa, top of the Genoese, Ligurian-style rabbit (revisited), lean rice, accommodated stockfish.
Then you will find other recipes not mentioned in the books such as roasted wild boar leg, rib of veal with red wine and plums, carrot flan or beetroot.
