The restaurant service is available in the evening and includes a fixed weekly menu for guests of the facility, but also open to external guests upon reservation and for small ceremonies with menus to be agreed upon.
The dishes are prepared with traditional Salento recipes: wild chicory with broad bean puree, chickpeas with home-made pasta, terracotta octopus, potato focaccia as well as classic Italian dishes. The dishes are seasoned with the organic oil of the farm and flavored with Mediterranean spices. Some fresh pasta yarns are handmade.
At the end of the meal, the homemade liqueurs of Salento are the most popular digestives. Simple and genuine dishes are cooked for the children, while the mothers are assisted by cooking baby food for the infants.
A menu suitable for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans is also offered.
At lunch you can take advantage of the bar and refreshment service with friselle, sandwiches, salads, fruit salads and other cold dishes in a brand new and modern pergola by the pool.
