An old stable has been converted into 5 apartments with kitchenettes and a spacious double room.

About three hundred meters from the reception is located a 300-square-meter farmhouse renovated according to green building principles. This residence uses solar energy and is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning in all its 2 Superior rooms, one Junior Suite, and the luxurious Suite with large whirlpool tub, offering a luxurious and sustainable stay.

The farmhouse is immersed in a park of over 4,000 square meters, a true oasis of relaxation and fun. Here, children can enjoy the many dedicated games in total safety, while adults unwind reading or chatting under the large patio. The beautiful swimming pool, reserved exclusively for guests, is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the Romagna sun.

The in-house restaurant offers a Tuscan–Emilian–Romagnol fusion cuisine, a sensory journey that evolves with the seasons. It boasts an in-house pasta workshop and guarantees at least 35% of ingredients from its own production and at least 45% from Romagna-based farms or PDO/PGI-certified producers. Guests can dine in the old stable, on the patio, or outdoors during warmer months. The menu changes frequently, reviving ancient recipes from the local culinary tradition.
