This residence, born from the restoration of an ancient Sicilian farm, is a small corner of paradise just a few steps from the sea, immersed in the beautiful Syracuse countryside.

It extends over an area of two acres, rich in lemon trees, oranges and centuries-old olive trees. This Masseria, which belonged to noble families, consisted of an ancient building dating back to 1833, with stone mills and presses still existing, used for pressing the grapes and milling the olives.

Adjacent to the millstone, there were the stables, the granary and finally the lodgings of the seasonal labourers. In 1868, the summer residence of the owner was built on the first floor and around the early 1900s, a second factory body was built, used as warehouses for the storage and conservation of all agricultural products.

Today, all these buildings, after a long restoration process and thanks to the care and dedication of the owners, have become a fascinating residence, a mix of tradition and modernity in the countryside.
